Job summary

Ciocca Automotive is seeking an energetic Manager in Training to join our growing team. This full-time role focuses on developing leadership in a fast-paced automotive service environment, with a path toward advancement within the Ciocca Automotive family.

Qualified applicants will have 5 years in service management and 2 years in sales, plus a valid driver’s license. We offer competitive pay, PTO, 401(k) with match, comprehensive benefits, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience in an automotive service management position preferred.
• 2 years of sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or higher education.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
