Ciocca Automotive is seeking an energetic professional for an immediate Manager in Training role to join our growing team in Bucks County. This program offers hands-on experience in automotive service management and leadership development with a clear path to advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family.

The role involves cross-department collaboration, strong customer service focus, and opportunities for growth in sales, operations, and leadership within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience in an automotive service management position preferred.
• 2 years of sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or higher education.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Possesses a high energy level throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections.
