Job summary

Ciocca Automotive Careers seeks a proactive professional for an energetic Manager in Training role in our Bucks County operations. This program is designed to develop leadership in a fast-paced service environment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will collaborate across departments to drive service growth and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring 5 years of automotive service management experience, 2 years in sales, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience in an automotive service management position preferred.
• 2 years of sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or higher education.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Possesses a high energy level throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections.
