Qualifications

• 3+ years managing an automotive repair facility or working as an automotive service writer.
• Solid understanding of automotive mechanical systems and current repair industry trends.
• Valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record to operate customer vehicles.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Facility Operations: Manage opening/closing procedures, maintain site cleanliness, and ensure shop organization.
• Lead the Workflow: Direct technician schedules, assign repair jobs, and perform quality control checks.
• Drive Sales & Estimating: Create accurate work quotes, sell repair jobs to customers, and order parts from vendors.
• Manage Logistics: Schedule customer service repairs, vehicle tow-ins, track parts inventory, and handle billing invoices.
• Elevate Customer Service: Build authentic customer trust, answer inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly.
• Mentor the Team: Maintain a successful, motivated staff and build strong relationships with owners and technicians.
