Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.
• Oversee vehicle inspections and build comprehensive repair orders.
• Discuss pricing estimates with customers and promote service specials.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of up to ten employees.
• Oversee technicians’ inspections and repairs on vehicles.
• Maintain inventory counts and facility organization.
