Job summary
Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM, located in Amityville, NY, is seeking an Assistant Service Manager with Service Advisor/Writer experience to support the Service Manager and drive efficient, high-volume operations in the dealership's service department.

Qualifications
- Required: Automotive Service Writer, Advisor experience.
- Prefer Automotive Assistant Service Manager experience.
- Good managerial, customer service, and communication skills.
- Must pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the profitable operation of the Service Department and support the Service Manager.
- Explain vehicle maintenance and repair services to customers and create estimates.
- Ensure timely estimation and completion of repair orders and support CSI goals.
- Coordinate with Parts and Sales/Rental departments as needed.
- Ensure reception staff are trained and schedules covered.
