The role emphasizes operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitable service operations.

You will assist with estimates, communicate with customers, and ensure timely completion of repair orders, all while contributing to a positive, professional work

Qualifications

• Must have automotive service writer/advisor experience.
• Prefers automotive assistant service manager experience.
• Good managerial, customer service, and communication skills.
• Team player, organized and customer-focused with a commitment to quality and efficiency.
• Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with profitable operation of the Service Department and support the Service Manager.
• Explain vehicle maintenance and repair services to customers and create estimates.
• Ensure timely estimation and completion of repair orders and help achieve monthly CSI goals.
• Coordinate with Parts and Service teams to ensure accurate parts pricing and service delivery.
• Train receptionists and schedule coverage; assist with customer communications and follow-ups.
• Maintain clean, orderly shop and comply with safety and company policies.
