Job summary
Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM in Amityville, NY seeks an Auto Dealership Assistant Service Manager with Service Advisor/Writer experience to support the Service Manager and lead a high-volume shop.
This full-time role offers weekly pay of $600–$800, potential commissions, excellent benefits, free college classes, and strong growth opportunities in a state-of-the-art climate-controlled facility.
Qualifications
- Automotive service writer/advisor experience required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the profitable operation of the Service Department, support the Service Manager, generate revenue, communicate with customers, explain vehicle maintenance and repair services, create estimates.
- Understand the CUSTOMER IS OUR FIRST PRIORITY, and assist with the satisfaction of each customer, including cheerful and knowledgeable communication.
- Assist with the accurate and timely estimation and completion of all repair orders.
- Support the service department in achieving monthly CSI targets.
- Coordinate with Parts and Service teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely turnaround.
