Qualifications
- Must have Automotive Service Writer/Advisor experience.
- Prefer Automotive Assistant Service Manager experience.
- Good managerial, customer service, and communication skills.
- Team participant, organized and customer-focused with a commitment to quality and efficiency.
- Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the profitable operation of the Service Department and support the Service Manager.
- Explain vehicle maintenance and repair services and create estimates.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and communicate effectively.
- Assist with accurate estimation and completion of repair orders.
- Support other departments and ensure training of Receptionists.
