Job summary
Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM is seeking an Auto Dealership Assistant Service Manager with service writer/advisor experience to help run a high-volume Service Department. You will assist the Service Manager, communicate with customers, and ensure efficient operations in a busy shop.

Qualifications
- Must have Automotive Service Writer/Advisor experience.
- Prefer experience as an Assistant Service Manager.
- Strong managerial and customer service skills; able to multi-task.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the profitable operation of the Service Department and support the Service Manager.
- Communicate with customers and explain vehicle maintenance and repair services.
- Create estimates and focus on customer satisfaction.
- Help with accurate and timely estimation and completion of repair orders.
- Support Parts Department by relaying parts needs and price.
