Qualifications

• Required: Automotive Service Writer/Advisor experience.
• Prefer Automotive Assistant Service Manager experience.
• Good managerial, customer service, and communication skills.
• Team oriented, organized and customer-focused with a commitment to quality and efficiency.
• Must pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the profitable operation of the Service Department, support the Service Manager, generate revenue, communicate with customers, explain vehicle maintenance and repair services, create estimates.
• Understand the CUSTOMER IS OUR FIRST PRIORITY, and assist with customer satisfaction with cheerful, knowledgeable communication.
• Assist with accurate and timely estimation and completion of all repair orders.
• Help the service department hit monthly CSI by achieving an efficiency goal of 100%.
• Assist with reporting of timecards and work orders including tech time sheets.
• Coordinate with Parts for parts requests and proper pricing.
• Ensure materials are properly charged on repair orders.
• Support Sales and Rental Departments with technical information and service as needed.
• Ensure receptionist schedules and training; keep the shop area neat and stocked.
