Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM in Amityville, NY is seeking an Auto Dealership Assistant Service Manager with service writer/advisor experience to assist the high-volume Service Department. You will support the Service Manager, ensure customer needs are met, and help drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as automotive service writer/advisor.
• Prefer assistant service manager experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the profitable operation of the Service Department and support the Service Manager.
• Communicate with customers about maintenance and repair services and create estimates.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of repair orders and reports timecards and work orders.
• Help achieve a 100% efficiency goal to boost monthly CSI.
• Coordinate with Parts for parts requests and ensure proper charging of oils and materials.
• Assist Sales and Rental Departments with technical service information as needed.
