Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years as an automotive Service Writer/Service Assistant Manager
• Experience managing a service department team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee the service department and drive operational success
• Manage employee schedules and pay plans
• Forecast goals and objectives for the department
• Collaborate with Parts Manager for timely parts turnaround
• Lead service department meetings and annual budget planning
• Maintain CSI and grow fixed-op profits
• Recruit technicians and partner with OEMs/ vendors
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain a safe work environment
