Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct all automotive and general service technicians.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, including consulting and follow-up.
  • Oversee vehicle inspections, recommend repairs, and source parts.
  • Discuss pricing estimates and promote shop specials.
  • Lead, manage, and train staff, aligning with our company values.
  • Supervise up to ten employees.
  • Oversee inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of various vehicles.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure cleanliness of the facility.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of store or service management experience.
  • General automotive knowledge.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good communication and leadership abilities.
  • Team-building skills.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 per year.
