Private is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to oversee the service department at a Winston-Salem/Mt. Airy area dealership. This hands-on leader will guide technicians and service advisors to deliver top-notch service and efficient operations.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a focus on customer satisfaction. It offers a full-time position with substantial income potential and comprehensive benefits within a reputable auto group.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Automotive Service Manager, Service Director or Fixed Operations Manager.
• Experience with domestic brands preferred but not required (Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, Cadillac, Ford, Lincoln, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram).

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with domestic brands such as Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, Cadillac, Ford, Lincoln, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram / Stellantis is preferred but not required
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and departmental performance
• Understanding of dealership service operations, KPIs, and financial reporting
• Experience managing technicians, advisors, and workflow processes
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
