The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Manager I at Napleton Auto Park of Urbana. This leadership role guides the Service Department to deliver exceptional service experiences for customers and to drive performance through talent development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive Service Management experience in a high-volume dealership.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Ability to attract, develop, and retain talent.
• Experience with technology.
• Valid Driver's License and driving record.
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug screen.
• 18+ years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Set a clear vision and goals for the Service Department to achieve targeted performance goals.
• Drive a highly efficient sales and production operation to service customers quickly with a first-time-right repair experience.
• Engage and motivate the team to achieve goals following Napleton's processes.
• Attract, develop, and retain the best talent for the Service Department.
• Create an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
• Ensure the Service area is customer-ready with proper displays and information.
• Manage the business per Napleton and manufacturer requirements.
• Analyze the business to identify opportunities and develop actions to improve performance.
• Drive the business through day-to-day operations.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive Service Management experience in a high -volume dealership
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
• Ability to attract, develop, and retain talent.
• Experience and desire to work with technology
• Valid Driver's License and have and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
