What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage daily operations of a fast‑paced auto repair center
• Deliver top‑notch customer service while building lasting relationships
• Develop sales strategies to grow revenue and profitability
• Coach, mentor, and motivate a team of skilled technicians
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and high repair standards
• Track performance metrics and manage reports and inventory

Who You Are

• A former automotive technician (3–5 years experience preferred) ready to lead from experience
• Proficient with computers and comfortable managing shop software systems

Details

• Job Type: Full‑time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30am–5:30pm, Saturday 7:30am–2:30pm (No nights!)
• Pay: From $62,000/year + Commission (based on experience and performance)
• Location: Must be able to relocate to Pinellas Park, FL before starting
• Compensation: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
