Responsibilities:

- Assist with overseeing and manage the daily operations of the automotive service department
- Ensure efficient and timely completion of all automotive repairs and services
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Schedule and assign work to automotive technicians
- Monitor technician performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
