American Tire Depot is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead the service team, coach technicians and advisors, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. This role focuses on growing service sales while maintaining high-quality repairs in a fast-paced environment.

• Partner with Store Manager on daily operations, scheduling, and compliance.
• Keep the shop efficient, safe, and aligned with company standards.
• Ensure every customer gets world-class service that builds loyalty and trust.
