Russ Hubler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a Service Director/Manager to join our growing team!

The right candidate has a strong background in service management and customer service. The day-to-day duties of this role include maintaining strong relationships with customers, crafting goals for the department, and staying up to date on new product features.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist customers in servicing, repairing, and explaining each service needed.
  2. Understand customer requirements and concerns, and match them to various service options.
  3. Explain the services being performed and keep customers informed throughout the process.
  4. Stay up to date on new products, features, and accessories; attend product training as required.
  5. Maintain a customer follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business, supporting customer happiness.
  6. Hire and supervise all service department personnel, monitoring their performance in servicing customers.
  7. Set goals and objectives for the department, including an annual operating budget and marketing plan to promote new business.
  8. Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a service manager.
  • Strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • High school diploma or higher education.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
  • Driven personality, eager to improve, and able to support internal teams.
