Pay Range

This range is provided by Firestone Complete Auto Care. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base Pay Range

$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Position Summary

Combine your automotive repair knowledge with your people skills to manage customer relationships, serve as a liaison between technicians and customers, and lead the auto service team. Assist with parts and equipment purchasing.

Responsibilities

1. Assign and schedule work duties according to skill level.
2. Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
3. Oversee hiring, training, and retention of auto service staff.
4. Ensure compliance with quality standards.
5. Develop customer satisfaction and retention strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Problem-solving skills for customer complaints.
• Ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
• Leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Successful technician recruitment skills.
• Willingness to continue education in automotive repair.
• Completion of required Firestone training courses.
• Valid automotive driver's license for test drives.
