Mercedes-Benz of Indianapolis is actively seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager with luxury/Mercedes-Benz background. This high-volume shop offers substantial growth potential and an attractive compensation structure with full benefits and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of service management experience
• Luxury/Mercedes-Benz experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage employee schedules and pay plans
• Staffing and hiring for the service division
• Attend manager meetings and lead service dept meetings
• Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the service department
• Maintain service customer pay gross profit growth
• Maintain technician proficiency
• Partner with technical schools to recruit technicians
• Partner with OEM and other vendors
• Motivate, train, develop and reward employees
• Provide and maintain a safe workplace and environment for employees and customers
