Timbrook Ford of Oakland in Altoona, PA is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead our service team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee day-to-day operations, create repair orders, schedule repairs, and collaborate with technicians to ensure timely, accurate work.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, reliability, and a commitment to warranty compliance, with a focus on coaching service advisors and delivering consistent, quality results for our customers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience in automotive service management or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day service operations
• Greet and assist service customers with professionalism and care
• Create service repair orders and manage appointment scheduling
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Help train and support service advisors and front-line staff
• Review repair orders for accuracy, pricing, and completeness
• Resolve customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Support warranty claims and ensure manufacturer compliance
• Other duties as assigned by management
