Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of experience in a dealership, automotive shop, tire center or quick lube.
• Experience leading a team to deliver quality service is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, world class customer service to Jiffy Lube Guests.
• Build relationships with guests by developing trust and rapport.
• Provide store-level leadership to teammates through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Assist technicians with Signature Service oil changes and routine maintenance tasks.
• Manage store inventory, product ordering and receiving.
• Oversee store operations to ensure compliance and quality standards.
