Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily Retail Service Department operations
- Coach, train, and develop Service Advisors and Service Technicians
- Manage scheduling to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Monitor departmental performance and drive the team toward goals
- Ensure Service Advisors deliver exceptional customer experience
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and department performance
- Promote teamwork across Service, Parts, Sales and other departments
- Address customer concerns professionally and resolve issues
