Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking an Automotive Assistant Manager in Las Vegas to lead daily shop operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise a fast-paced team, handle estimates, and ensure safe, efficient workflow while driving service sales and KPI performance.

The role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and the ability to coach staff during peak times. We offer competitive compensation with overtime and comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities

Formación

• 1–3 years of automotive service management or retail repair leadership experience.
• Strong background in service sales (tires, brakes, maintenance, or mechanical).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Open/close the shop and set the daily plan.
• Greet customers, build estimates, explain work clearly and close sales.
• Bridge between techs and customers; translate inspections into recommendations.
• Coach advisors and techs, reinforce process, celebrate wins, address gaps.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, scheduling, KPI tracking, OSHA/EHS compliance.
• Cover for Store Manager when out, model elite standards on every shift.
