Job summary

Ramona Tire & Service Centers is seeking an Assistant Manager/Service Advisor to greet customers, document service needs, and promote automotive services. Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $90,000 per year, with hourly pay plus commission.

The role emphasizes accurate quoting, customer communication, and service recommendations to support shop performance. Responsibilities include quoting, updating customers, handling cash-out procedures, and ensuring post-service satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver\'s license.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required.
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and over the phone using standard cs techniques.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicle and refer to service history.
• Recommend services and communicate additional recommendations from technicians.
• Promote the sale of services, parts, and accessories with product understanding.
• Provide customers with accurate quotes incl. cost and completion time and update status.
• Cashing out tickets, review completed inspections and warranties.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction; track returns and warranty parts.
• Other duties as assigned.
