The position offers a compensation range of $50,000 to $80,000 per year, combining hourly pay with commissions, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• College or automotive industry experience is helpful but not required.
• Experience in sales, customer service or automotive field preferred.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and be 18+ years old.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers professionally in person and over the phone.
• Identify customer service needs and reference service history to recommend solutions.
• Provide accurate quotes with cost and completion time; keep customers updated.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories with product knowledge.
• Record all recommendations and ensure proper paperwork and warranties.
