Prior automotive experience is not required; strong customer service or hospitality backgrounds are welcome. You will oversee drive lane flow, take ownership of the customer experience, provide concierge support for inquiries,

• Ensure technicians' time is efficiently allocated and sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians to maximize service capacity.
