Job summary

Karl Malone Toyota in Heber City, UT is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers and guide them through the repair or maintenance process. You will obtain vehicle information, document concerns, and communicate updates on repairs and costs to customers.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, sales skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering a positive, seamless experience. Training is provided in a supportive, family‑style dealership culture.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling customer concerns.
• Working knowledge of automotive design and mechanical technology.
• Demonstrate organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong customer service skills and sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both in-person and over the phone.
• Ability to listen and focus on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and in a friendly manner.
• Obtain customer and vehicle information.
• Obtain a detailed description of the customer’s concerns/needs and provide a report for servicing technicians.
• Update customer on needed repair, cost, and estimated timeline.
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
• Complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle and update customers frequently.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
