Proctor Dealerships is seeking a Service Drive Attendant to maintain a safe, clean environment and support service operations. The role involves greeting customers, handling keys, moving vehicles, and ensuring the service area stays organized and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the service drive and let them know an Advisor will be with them shortly, inviting inside if preferred.
• Ask the customer for vehicle keys, assist with transferring belongings, and keep vehicles pulled forward.
• Preps customers' cars with floor mats and seat covers before the shop work begins.
• Keep floor mats, seat & steering wheel covers stocked and neatly organized.
• Move vehicles to and from the service lane to Express or Main shop and park in designated areas.
• Deliver vehicles to and from shop destinations in a timely manner.
• Attend the service drive during all daily operating hours and assist Service Advisors as needed.
• Check in with the Service Manager throughout the day and notify if leaving for lunch.
• Inspect Service Signs each morning and set them up in inclement weather; maintain service Isles and sidewalks.
• Restock paper supplies, keep coffee area stocked, and ensure bathrooms are clean in the Service Department.
• Run errands as directed by the manager and use proper protective equipment when handling products.
