Job summary

John Lee Nissan Mazda Mitsubishi, a locally owned automotive dealership in Panama City, is seeking an Automotive Service Consultant. You will greet customers, write and manage repair orders, communicate repair needs and updates, and coordinate with technicians to keep repairs moving smoothly.

Ideal candidates will have automotive service or dealership experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Automotive service or dealership experience preferred
• Franchise dealership experience is a plus, but NOT required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, friendly, and dependable attitude
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable discussing vehicle repairs and costs with customers
