Job summary

Hyundai Motor America is seeking a dedicated Service Consultant in Torrance, California. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating automotive services, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining high customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma, along with excellent communication and customer service skills to create long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• At least six months to one year automotive industry or related experience and/or training.
• Consistent and stable work history.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Customer Service Index (CSI) rating as set by dealership service manager.
• Responsible for the entire customer service experience from the service drive until vehicle is returned to the customer.
• Schedule appointments and generate estimates.
