Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a Manager Trainee to develop technical leadership skills in a hands-on retail service environment. You will oversee Service Advisors and Technicians, learn expense management, and participate in interview and selection processes to build a high-performing team.

Upon completing the trainee program, relocation may be required, with relocation assistance offered. The company provides extensive benefits and growth opportunities within a family-owned organization

• Technical aptitude to tackle complex challenges.

• A valid Driver’s License.
• Desire to obtain ASE A4 & A5 Certifications.

Compensation

• Base pay of $21.63/hr with Saturday & Sunday weekend premium pay $2.50 per hour
