Job summary

Blain's Farm & Fleet (Blain Supply, Inc.) is seeking a candidate for a technical leadership position in Morton, Illinois. This role requires strong technical aptitude and a desire to manage and lead a team effectively. The candidate will oversee Service Advisors and Technicians while participating in performance reviews and expense management.

Compensation includes a base pay of $22.50/hr, with additional weekend premium pay. Full-time associates will be eligible for a competitive benefits package after 91 days of employment, including medical and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• A valid Driver’s License is required.
• Interest in obtaining ASE A4 & A5 Certifications.

Compensation

Job Duties

• Write and deliver performance reviews and progressive coaching when necessary
