Job summary

Blain's Farm & Fleet (Blain Supply, Inc.) in Verona, Wisconsin is looking for a candidate ready to advance their technical expertise while overseeing a team of Service Advisors and Technicians. You will manage performance reviews, expenses, and take part in hiring processes.

The ideal candidate should have technical aptitude, a desire to lead, and a valid Driver’s License. Successful completion of the Manager Trainee Program may necessitate relocation, supported by the company.

Compensation

• Base pay of $22.50/hr with Saturday & Sunday weekend premium pay $2.50 per hour
