Smithtown Kia seeks a full-time Service Cashier to join our dealership team. You will greet customers, process payments, and balance cash drawers with accuracy, delivering friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.

• Must have weekday and Saturday availability; the service department is closed on Sundays, no Sunday shifts required.
• Cashiering experience strongly preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process payments for automotive services using cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure that all transactions are completed in a timely manner
• Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
