Job summary

Cooper Auto Group in Shawnee, OK is seeking a Service Cashier to deliver high-level customer service while processing payments for maintenance and repairs. You will review bills, calculate invoices, and apply warranties where applicable, ensuring accurate transactions.

You will relay customer concerns to the service team and act as the voice of the dealership to ensure complete customer satisfaction. This role includes additional duties as requested by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Ability to work well with customers maintaining poise and professionalism at all times while exhibiting a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Previous automotive service cashier experience a plus.
• Previous experience with CDK software a plus.

Responsibilities
