Responsibilities

• Process payments for services and parts; reconcile repair orders and invoices.
• Collect total charges from customers and provide receipts or change.
• Update service history records and deliver paperwork to accounting.
• Handle calls and messages for the service department; route inquiries appropriately.
• Assist with sublet bills and other administrative tasks as directed by management.
• Maintain organization and file repair orders and invoices per department procedures.
