Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of dealership service administration experience.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures; warranty policies.
• Ability to compile, code, categorize, calculate, audit, and verify data; attention to detail; English proficiency; professional communication; use of office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Process internal and external claims with labor operations.
• Review repair orders for accuracy and legibility.
• Enter labor operation codes, failure codes, and parts stamps.
• Interprets technician comments into codes.
• Ensure correct parts are charged.
• Assist the Service Department as needed.
• Perform other administrative functions per management.
