Qualifications

• At least 1 year dealership service administration experience.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems; ability to handle basic math and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Process customer pay and internal/external repair orders.
• Enter labor operation codes, failure codes, parts stamps on repair orders.
• Assist Billing clerk and Warranty Administrator as needed.
• Review repair orders for completion, accuracy, and compliance with policies.
