Job summary

Parkway Ford in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a reliable Service Dispatcher / Billing Clerk to support daily operations in our Service Department. You will help schedule repairs, coordinate with technicians, and ensure accurate billing and invoicing to keep the shop flowing smoothly.

This role requires attention to detail, experience in a dealership environment, and proficiency with a DMS and typical computer applications.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership or service department experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with billing and documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using DMS and standard computer applications.
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch repair orders to technicians based on availability, skill level, and workload
• Review, prepare, and process service repair orders for billing
• Verify labor times, parts charges, and documentation for accuracy
• Ensure repair orders are properly completed, invoiced, and closed
• Work closely with Service Advisors, Parts Department, and management
• Maintain accurate records within the dealership management system (DMS)
