You will handle inbound and outbound calls, answer service-related questions, schedule and confirm appointments, and ensure each customer receives timely, professional assistance.

This role rewards a positive attitude, strong communication, and teamwork. Automotive experience helps, but training is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers with service-related questions and appointment needs.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments.
• Provide customers with accurate information regarding dealership services and processes.
• Update customer information and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
• Assist in resolving customer questions and concerns.
• Escalate complex or sensitive customer concerns to a supervisor when appropriate.
• Work closely with Service Advisors, management, and other dealership departments.
• Follow established processes and procedures to ensure a consistent customer experience.
