You will be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service, greeting them and guiding the repair process with professionalism.

The role emphasizes listening to customer issues, conducting a vehicle walk-around, and collecting necessary information to understand problems.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Vehicle repair or service experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Previous service advisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through the repair process in a professional manner.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds, gather information, and listen to customers to understand issues.
