Christian Brothers Automotive in Spring, TX is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer to guide guests through the repair process, build trust, and ensure satisfaction. You will manage workflow, present repair options clearly, and maintain a positive team atmosphere.

The role requires 4+ years in service advisory, strong communication, and experience with aftermarket parts and repair orders. Benefits include weekends off, paid vacation/holidays, and retirement matching.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s licenses.
• Driving record acceptable to our current insurance carrier.
• Proficiency in Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications.
• Experience in an Automotive guest Service role or Automotive Service Write/Advisor/Sales role.
• Proven background in Automotive Repair Sales.
• Driven by and focused on guest experience.
• Experience in sourcing aftermarket parts.
• Able to write Repair Orders and communicate with our guest and technicians.
• At least 4 years of Service Advisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest that enters the facility with hospitality and respect.
• Present the best solution to properly repair the guest’s vehicle in an easy-to-understand way.
• Manage the store’s workflow effectively and efficiently.
• Sell recommended services with honesty and integrity.
• Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere.
• Communicate on the phone in a clear, professional manner.
• Build long-term relationships between the store, yourself and the guest.
• Direct, coordinate, and participate in guest service activities.
• Shuttle guests as needed in CBA branded vehicle.
• Ensure repairs are performed to proper specifications.
• Work as a team and assist other employees as needed.
• Follow processes and procedures.
