Job summary

The Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Service Advisor to join our Buick GMC team in Central Pennsylvania. Training is provided; automotive experience is a plus though not required, with opportunities to grow within a large, family-owned dealer group.

As the first point of contact for customers, you will greet guests, collect vehicle information, listen to issues, and guide them through the repair process with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required or preferred.
• Vehicle repair or service experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through the service process.
• Conduct walk-arounds to gather vehicle information and report issues.
• Listen to customer concerns to understand problems and desired outcomes.

As a Service Advisor, you are the first point of contact for all customers bringing their vehicle in for service. It is your job to greet the customer and take them through the repair process in a smooth, professional manner! The process begins by doing a walk around of the vehicle, gathering vehicle information and listening to the customer explain any issues so you can better understand the problem.

Automotive Service Advisor Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
