Job summary

BIG O TIRES in Bonney Lake, WA is seeking experienced service advisors and customer service professionals to join our Service Centers. If you have proven Auto Repair Advisor/Tire sales experience and a drive to exceed customer expectations, we want to talk with you.

The right candidate will handle tire and service sales, maintain excellent communication with customers, and work to meet sales goals while maximizing profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven tire and service sales experience.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Customer oriented and able to respond to concerns.
• Able to meet sales goals and budgets while maximizing profitability.
• Knowledge of brakes, suspension, ride control, tune-ups, alignments, tires and more.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with tire and service needs and upsell when appropriate.
• Provide outstanding customer service and address concerns and repairs.
• Achieve sales goals and contribute to profitability.

• Knowledge of Brakes, Suspension, Ride Control, Tune ups, Alignments, Tires and More.
