Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor in Centralia/Rochester, WA. The role features a Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends) with base pay plus commission and an earning potential well over $100,000 annually.

You will greet customers, present repair recommendations, and manage repair orders using Protractor and AutoVitals, collaborating with technicians to keep customers informed and satisfied.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• Independent repair shop experience is REQUIRED
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience from vehicle drop-off through delivery.
• Listen to customer concerns and clearly communicate repair recommendations, estimates, and timelines.
• Create and manage repair orders while coordinating workflow with technicians.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding repair progress and vehicle status.
• Coordinate parts orders, warranty claims, and customer follow-up.
• Work closely with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure quality workmanship.
