Kingdom Autocare & Hiller Automotive is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join its group of three locally owned shops. The role offers a $40,000–$60,000 base salary plus performance bonus, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekends, emphasizing teamwork and customer service excellence.

The successful candidate will write repair orders, clearly communicate vehicle needs, and coordinate with technicians to keep the workflow efficient while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience.
• Dealership or independent repair shop experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
• Comfortable managing a fast-paced, high-volume service environment.
• Organized, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for service customers.
