Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer in Austin, TX. You will be the trusted professional our guests rely on for assistance with their vehicles, guiding them through the repair process and keeping them informed about the status of their vehicles.

You will build lasting relationships, present repair options clearly, and ensure satisfaction before guests leave the facility. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–6pm, at 9200 Brodie Ln, Austin.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s licenses.
• Driving record acceptable to our current insurance carrier.
• Experience in an Automotive Customer Service role or Automotive Service Write/Advisor/Sales role.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with hospitality and respect.
• Present the best solution to repair vehicles in a way that is easy to understand.
• Manage the store’s workflow in an efficient manner.
• Sell services while maintaining honesty and integrity.
• Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere.
• Communicate on the phone clearly and professionally.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and the store.
• Direct, coordinate, and participate in customer service activities.
• Shuttle guests as needed in the CBA branded vehicle.
• Ensure all repairs meet proper specifications.
• Work as part of the team and assist others.
